Devoted Citizen (DC) is a patriotic and humanist movement Civil Society Movement that focuses on:

• The advancement and reconstruction of the nation by promoting national unity, pride and service.
• Advocating for a clear national vision to be backed by the action of national leaders and devoted citizens alike.
• The needs of South Africa as a nation and all those who live in it. 
• Reaching out to South Africans outside in the diaspora to make them part of nation building.
• Embraces people of all races, religions, ethnicities, language, gender, sexuality and social classes.
